These are live, ZOOM* online chair classes addressing mobility, breathing and balance. All you need is a computer, tablet or smartphone with camera/microphone, an internet connection, comfortable clothing and a chair. A sense of curiosity and humor is helpful too.

What I’ve appreciated about our zoom classes is the recording of the lessons so as to view them again and again.

After the class today I went on a drive. I felt like an owl when I was backing out of my garage. Amazing!

I am able to see the improvement in my movements a little at a time, which is so encouraging for me.
