Floor classes, as the name suggests, are done lying on the floor. They are an additional way to improve awareness and mobility, while emphasizing a comfortable range of motion.Â
Like the Chair series, they are live, online ZOOM* classes that offer the opportunity to explore movement in a fully supported position.
The class consists of verbal instruction guiding you through a sequence of movements, with attention to skeletal connections. You will need loose, comfortable clothing and a blanket or mat to lie on.Â
