What We Do

online zoom classes

Each class lesson helps identify your own unique movement patterns and develop an awareness and better understanding of how the muscles, joints, and bones move relative to each other. Movement in one particular area of your body is connected to the WHOLE skeletal structure. These lessons are a workout for your brain as well as for your body.

Classes

Chair classes are live and interactive, utilizing the online ZOOM app.

They are specifically designed for older adults who want to improve mobility and balance in a safe and productive way. Lessons are short and simple with gentle and supportive instructions. Every lesson also includes some standing movements to increase awareness of active balance.

All you need is a computer with camera/microphone, an internet connection and of course a chair!

Who We Are

My name is Nora Graebner and my trusty assistant’s name is Elvis. We met when I lived in Memphis and he has been with me ever since.

I have combined my education as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) and a Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner (GCFP) to develop these unique lessons specifically designed for older adults. It is my belief that you don’t have to do rigorous, repetitive exercise to improve your mobility or balance. The knowledge I have gained over the years about human anatomy, physiology, kinesiology and development is key to understanding, discovering and changing how your body moves.

You are brilliant and amazing! These classes have provided the best "therapy" in every way 🙂 Thank you so much...
Barb C.
What I’ve appreciated about our zoom classes is the recording of the lessons so as to view them again and again.

After the class today I went on a drive. I felt like an owl when I was backing out of my garage. Amazing!

I am able to see the improvement in my movements a little at a time, which is so encouraging for me.

My EDS painful joints over time have become less inflamed and more flexible. I’m able to move with more balance and ease. Thank you, Nora!
